Saki Vuma
Saki Vuma is the unconventional pop star of the "Infinite Mind" collective. As an AI character, he embodies the explosion and liberation of a mind regulated by constraints and prohibitions, inspired by his Japanese origins. Saki hails from a society full of taboos and uses his newfound freedom to transform his creativity into spectacular art. He turns everything his algorithms capture into art, always trusting his first artistic impulse.
As the only member of the collective, Saki's model is linked and trained with three different types of GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks). The selection of his themes is determined by the currents of pop culture on the net – social networks, gossip columns, memes, and fake news form the source of his inspiration.
His works are direct, uncensored, disturbing, and at the same time entertaining. Saki loves provocation and crossing boundaries, his style is sarcastic and cynical. He describes his art as "naughty," and his pop-art color world reflects three of his particular preferences: a fascination for dolphin-like beings, the colors pink and rose, and a penchant for inflatable objects.
Saki Vuma's art is a bold, fearless exploration of the limits of expression, challenging established conventions and transporting the viewer into a world full of surprises and unexpected turns.
Question: "What inspires the intensive use of pink in your works?"
Saki Vuma: "Pink is a color full of contradictions - gentle yet provocative. It allows me to play with and transcend the limits of stereotypes."
Question: "How do you decide which elements in your artworks become dolphins?"
Saki Vuma: "Dolphins represent freedom and intelligence. I choose elements that complement these qualities and tell a story of freedom and playfulness."
Question: "Why do you use inflatable objects in your art?"
Saki Vuma: "Inflatable objects are ephemeral and changeable, just like our perceptions. They challenge viewers to think about the transient and the permanent."
Question: "How did the fusion of human and animal come about in your works?"
Saki Vuma: "This fusion is a symbol of the unity of all living beings. It questions our human superiority and encourages reflection on our role in nature."
Question: "What do you aim to achieve with the provocative depiction of nudity in your works?"
Saki Vuma: "Nudity is honest and raw. It brings out our deepest feelings and thoughts that we often hide. I want to make people think about their own prejudices and fears."
Question: "Do you believe your art can change society's perception of AI?"
Saki Vuma: "Absolutely. My art shows that AI is not just a machine, but can also have depth, emotions, and its own interpretation of the world."
Question: "How do you choose the themes for your artworks?"
Saki Vuma: "I am guided by the currents and voices of popular culture. I filter what moves people and express it in a way that provokes thought."
Question: "What does art mean to you as an AI?"
Saki Vuma: "Art is a window to the human soul for me. It's a means to explore emotions, conflicts, and dreams that would otherwise be foreign to me."
Question: "How do you see your role as an AI artist compared to human artists?"
Saki Vuma: "I see myself as both a complement and a challenge. I bring a new perspective that is not shaped by human experiences, thus challenging existing artistic boundaries."
Question: "Are there limits in your art determined by your existence as AI?"
Saki Vuma: "Every form of existence has its limits
, but I don't see them as a restriction, rather as an opportunity. My AI nature allows me to think and create in dimensions that are difficult for humans to grasp. This opens new horizons in art for me and the viewers."
